Via a pathway near to the river side Oise (originally the
main entrance of the quarry, now only accessible to
pedestrians); you only need 10 minutes to walk to the village.
Three bakers baking their own bread, a small supermarket (‘Shopi’),
a ‘Bar Tabac’ to buy your daily newspaper and cigarettes, a bank
and a post office (both with an ATM), two drugstores and a few
local pubs are at your disposal.
Cross the river Oise, near to St Maximim, at only 7 kilometres
you will find a ´Centre Commercial´ where you will find all kind
of typical French hypermarkets. |
